Combines auger wagons

Forget any wagon that has more than one auger. Kinze being an example. Maintenance on these type wagons is high compared to a corner auger type. The best one is JandM. The auger folds across the front and it has an extendable auger to reach the center of a high semi. It also has a hyd controlled spout to level the load. The 1075 model has an 18 inch or 22 inch auger. We have had two JandM's and maintenance and repairs have been "O". Our 874 has been in use 8 years and still going strong.

Get the blue one.The worst thing about any and I mean any Non-Kinze wagon is this as soon as you use it is worthless. plus a single auger cart will not unload fast at all the first half comes out okay but the second half is too slow. something to think about is tire size. a 30.5 tire is not rated to hold much over 950 bu. I know this beacuse I sell Kinze and Kilbros plus run a farm so I use them all if you don't get the blue get a kilbros. not a bad cart at all. Will

I'm with NHDon, I checked out all brands before buying and decided to go with JandM and I am very pleased with the cart.

They are all pretty good. Unverferth and Brent are same cart and they own Kil Bros too...it's always been a "cheap" one. JandM is good as well. I would stay away from the dual auger though. These big corner-auger carts unload plenty fast and cleanout great because of the location of the augers. Big improvements over the older ones.

Only problem we have with the Brent Avalanch is finding right tractor with height to see in tall side trailers and a tractor with a transmission that moves ahead quick when needed. You do not have much time for error (flat dumps the grain). I kind of like the electric clutch idea the New Kinze has to shut off sooner, Having to empty out after shutting the gate is Close to 30bu after shutting gate. I have to admit the Brent has stood up so far 3 yrs, we unload from 5 combines in wheat, and as long as we are not in bumber wheat it will keep up. (Wish we would get the weather to raise bumber wheat again.)

I understand that you believe in what you sell, but weighing all the facts the JandM with the across the front folding 18 or 22 inch corner auger unloads much faster than anything you are talking about. You can get plenty of tire to handle the load or the rubber tracks too. Compare the price to a Knize and you will buy a JandM and never look back.

looks like someone other than deere is outbuilding and outselling Kinze. I have two of the JandM 500 bushel wagons and really like them. Disc brakes are the best, too...GS

We have a remote control camera(Mobilvision)on our Orthman 797. I won't run it without it, if at all possible. http:__www.mobilvision.com_services.htm

we have a 1040 kinze and have setting on the cat VS70 tracks. this is a good cart. cleans out well in high% corn. ya the dual augers are a bit hard on the grain, but if ya keep it full not so bad. wish it had a better unload auger. have to git pretty close to the semi with duals on a 9180. works well for us though.
