Make sure that your auto height sensor is compatable with your 1680. 21 and 23 series machines use a different sensor.

There are 1600 series sensors and there are 2100_2300 series sensors. Trick is the sensors are the same, the difference is in the wiring between the sensor and the plug. In-line resistors are installed in the wiring. The 1600 series sensors have the resistors and the 2100 series do not. Have 2206 we bought used on a 2100 series combine and did not work, it took a while to figure out but we found_removed the resistors and the sensor worked. The p_n tag on the harness was the 1600 series style sensor.
