With the key on, auto on med. turn the sep and header clutch switches on. Push the down button. You now should have 7-9v. (it will light a test light) on the center spring on the header rock switch. If set properly the back brass bar will contact the spring and send current back to the red wire to the header disconnect where you will find a junper wire to send current back to the module through TWO red wires. Check at the module 4 pin disconnect - the one with 4 wires black, blue and two red wires. The red wires should be have voltage. Turn off the switches. (On a twin sensor there will be no jumper wires as each sensor has to be in the lower mode to lower.) Now crank the machine and turn on the switches and the header should lower. If not you have a bad module. The same proceedure is used to troubleshoot the raise mode. When the header is lowered all the way down the FRONT bar contacts the spring and sends current back to the module through the BlUE wire.
