Have a 20' 9750. Bought last year and worked fine. This year right away the table would start to go down then go right back up. Thought we had it solved then after 20 acres started doing it again. Ultimately unplugged the center sensor and it started working. (During this time we found out the previous owner had unplugged the left sensor) Ordered a new sensor($260 !!!!) Then the right sensor started doing as you described. There was a bunch of bean stems bunched up on top of the sensor bar. Removed and it worked perfect the rest of the harvest. Now I have to fix other sensors before next season. Hope this helps.
do you have tank openIJ its above tire on right hand side. this cushions the cylinders and takes the bounce out. you can have this open for transporting with corn head because this helps stop combine bounce on the road.
After we got the electrical fixed on our 8560 after buying it used our head would do the same. Checked the raise and lower speeds and slowed them down just a little bit more than manual called for, end of problem for us at least.
Check your rate of raise and lower on hydraulic valve.See your operators book.We set at book specs or just above.let header bounce and open accumulator 1_4 turn to stop.Make sure there is no binding on header cutter bar.Just had one header with filler plates at end of cutter bar binding between divider arm and header end.loosened divider pivot bolt and the cutter bar freed-up and bouncing stopped.Had to put washers between pivot bushing and side of header.
