For a machine with these hours 5800 psi is impressive. This pressure would suggest that the overall health of your hydrostat is good. Case pressure is higher than normal, but the system has the ability too still develop drive pressure at near new specs. If your hydrostat was in bad shape you would actually use less power as it is easier to bypass oil than to generate pressure. Maybe you have a horsepower problem instead.
