We had a TR86 with the same problem. Got the rotors balanced professionaly. Also found the cup head bolts used to hold the bearing mounts had to longer Square on them and when done up tight the square would imbed it's self in to the bearing mounts so it wouldn't go up tight to the steel frame.Once these were ground back and rotors balanced no problems.
