Do you think that battering has become more of a thing since the pandemic hit us all? I've had more suppliers and wholesalers try it with me lately. I've never taken them up on it though. Is this becoming a new industry trend? Do you barter with your customers and suppliers?

I always thought bartering was a "rural thing". I don't have a store, but have sold agricultural products on my farm. I've bartered lots of time, such as trading goat milk for hay. It's usually a win-win for both parties, or else you wouldn't do it.

I absolutely see it coming back. I think for us country farmers it's always kind of been a thing. We help each other out at no cost. I can see it happening again for others now too. When you can't get what you need due to shortages you trade.
