Have you looked into the different kind of chaffersIJ With the amount of corn you are doing, a deep tooth chaffer might be of advantage. I have recently installed a loewen precleaner and found their product to be of good quality.

I have not used an adjustable precleaner myself but installed it in a customers machine this spring. I hope I get a chance to talk to him.
