Thanks Bleed Red for stating the obvious so well. It is not my intention to turn a site like this into a commercial for any particular dealership. But when someone seems to go out and bad mouth this one then I felt the need to state a few things about it. It seems to be the same old story when someone gets successful. "He must be doing something illegal" Or "is he trafficing illicit drugs", or any other crazy theory, because no one can be successful without doing something bad. Maybe it is just the fact that leon Walterman had the nads to go out on a limb and try something that benefited all parties involved and that no other dealership was doing. I agree with you red. Go talk to any one of the employees. They all seem very content and well compensated. He has learned that you need to pay your help more than peanuts to keep them with you and learning and growing with a successful team. I have seen too many talented techs treated much less and leave within a short time from other dealers.
