n1 Get rid of All your reverse bars and extend the discharge raps bars in to discharge area. n2 Try Dan's Sweeps as I can see the benefit even though I don't use them, or you could try chopper bars in the sep section. n3 Install the third helical over feeder area! n4 High Idle with everything on but running empty at rated revs. n5 Check to see if you have close rods in the sep grate, if you do remove every second one. That's the basics at a glance This will get you started and can be done over a couple of days work!! once you have started to make these machines gobble you won't want to stop playing with them to make them even better!!!!! It seems that me us Gleaner attics love to all ways improve our machines!! Have fun and don't be afraid to ask questions! Rolf PS: Work out your bushels per hour per HP and do the same to the other machine then you can compare to other colour machines!!! (Green and other's now have 375+ HP!!!!)

My fleet is just one new 2002 R72 that is sitting in the ditch with the hydro blown. It lasted 200 acres!!!!!

Anyone tried to make a hydraulic shutoff in the bin so you don't have to fold the auger back full. How about abin extension with a tarpIJ Can't get very far in this 250 bu corn.
