I don't think that any of my machines have ever been overloaded. I run 2388's with bin extesions, and never got the feeling that they are being stressed in any way. I purchased a bubble up auger, and a cross-flow auger with each extension and they work like a charm. All our 2388's have heavy duty final drives, and duals and the extra weight has not been an issue. Maybe now that Deere offers extensions with the 9750STS other manufacturers will soon follow suit.
