What do they doIJ where do they go exactlyIJ I work with TR combines alot and I havent ever heard of this. any info would be appreciated.

They bolt in the feederhouse and lift the chain over the stoneroll.It makes the feederhouse quieter.

That is what they do. The newer NH Tr's are predrilled. Before that you had to drill I think a half inch hole on each side. They keep the chain from 'banging' when the feeder house is running empty. They are not very expensive, fairly easy to insstall and work quite well. Not sure why NH does not go ahead and install, since the holes are now predrilled.
