Your block heater is approx 1500 watts, so you would need a generator that has at least that much output.

No good answer here.That would take a BIG inverter.Have heard of guys fixing quick coupler system on pickup and machine to connect heater hoses and heating cold engine with pickup.That could have it's own set of problems but would be an alternative.
