Combines Broken sickle heads

which kind of sickle and what header - need input

SCH sickle bar on a Gleaner green stripe 15 ft head. Just put a new wobble box on it (ouch) after one of the stablizer bars broke. Once the parts fix the wobble went past 50% of a new one not including shop time i bought a new one.Sickel head p_n is Agco 71386918 but it is made by SCH.

Forgot to mention it is a flex head

check out the skid plate the wobble box bolts to. If it is not cracked it may have not enough strength to keep the box in line with the cutterbar. We install an angle iron or Z bar raddle slat the width of the skid shoe to keep it from flexing. Also the latest knofe heads have a welded reinforcement on the end as in a triangle weled for support. The plate flexing is the problem in most cases however.
