The tube is routed from a port on your intake maifold to the "Power" guage below your grain scan monitor. It is nothing more than a vacuum line for the guage. If it is broken or has been eaten through, you can cut both ends off clean and repair it with a compression union from your local hardware store. I think it is 1_8" if memory serves...
