Pak Farmer I haven't ran a massey in years so i can't tell you much about them. I found one in saskatoon sk canada with p_u head 1740 hrs 1982 model for 12,000 canadian or about 9,000 us dollars. If you are not going to be doing a lot of acres it will do the job for you and should do it pretty well.I ran one years back with 6n cornhead and 16ft flexhead in soys and wheat and it handled it fine. my 2 cents worth AZCUTTER

At 1750 hrs, Machine getting to point Where it may need some $ put into it. Check Condition of Augers to see how sharp they are. Make sure machine has been shedded. Check radiator from the air intake side buy removing cover from the rotary screen, some original radiators were of poor quality. Check straw walkers for play, and cracks in wood mounts. Smell the oil, and check the color of the coolant. If everything checks out, this machine will go many more hours, but maintenance will be an on going concern. There is a reason why these old Masseys are cheep.
