My wife and I would like to expand our farm and begin growing more crops. We have about half of the money we need saved up. I was wondering if it would be better to take out a loan for the other half of the money and buy the land now so we can get it ready for this next year's growing season or if we should continue to save up? It'll probably be another year or two before we can buy more land if we go the saving up route.
