More than likely the splines on the Hydro pump are stripped out along with the splines insided the auxiliary drive pump drive pulley. This is not an uncommon occurence. It will require removing the hydro and replacing the drive shaft and the hub inside the pulley.
Thats whats exactly happened to us a couple weeks ago on our 1680.The hub wore out and took the splines off the hydro shaft with it.Not a real big deal, taking the tin off is the worst of it.
check the couplers on the driveshaft that goes from the transmission to the final drives. If the bolt comes out of coupler it can cause coupler to slide off of splines but still keeping the the driveshaft in place
