john, what are you mainly running through it...i have a 98 C62 and although it has had it's share of problems it's still hard to beat it's capacity..we don't have problems with losses...running an 8 row corn head but only a 20' flex head..

Have C62 and Massey 8680. Have had some reliability issues with both, but mostly minor glitches and setup problems from dealer. Capacity is huge on both. last fall were lapping the neighbours 9610 jd with 30ft headers vs. 25ft on the deere. Found that keeping the returns from overloading reduced walker loss significantly. Put sunnybrook staggered bar cylinder in C62 which really reduced slug feeding in tough straw.
