I was told that NH is working on pulling from behind the rotary screen. I would prefer to have a pipe go strait up like on the TR, but about 10" higher with a quick fold elbo. When you are up on top to fold the hopper down a quick slide clamp,like a irrigation clamp,would work slick!

Yes, that would be very practical, but for cosmetic reasons NH would not want to do that. You are right, the higher the better for cleaner air.
