We run a 7920 with the IVT.. it sure takes a while to get the hang of running that tractor smoothly.. ie with gear ratio and throtle adjustments and braking. It's main functions are to pull at 650 Bu grain buggy and a 33 foot cultivator in the spring. Biggest down fall is the fuel tank is too small when workin in spring time.. It's a nice tractor but most ppl that have driven it don't like it, they think it's too complex and will have lots of problems with the IVT.. The tractor has had the trany worked on twice in the first year..

first time there was an electric clutch that got burnt out at roughly 300 hrs.. and then again a software issue caused the trany to act up again and that was at about 450 hrs. now we have 1360 hrs on it the tractor is 2 years old.. this year we didnt have any problems except the fact we run a loader on the tractor and always seemed to had to recalibrate the 746 loader... hopefully the tractor will stand up..
