I think your confused. CAT logistics has handled New Holland parts shipping for many years. As CNH rearranges its NH and Case warehouses that may or may not change. No word has ever come down on that yet. CAT logistics is a subsidiary of CAT.

Fiat has money troubles right! all these big corps have money troubles, look at Ford I bet they go broke tommorrow. Fiat has more money that deere and cat combined makes them look like nothing. and they hold most of Agco's debt. there's always a paper shuffle with these large companies one day there loaded, the next there broke wanting goverment money. Iveco just one little part of fiat sold 460,000 diesel engines last year! I suppose the one in the 8010 is untested.

I wonder how many engines CAT or Cummins sold last year. I am sure Mercedes sold over a million.

A minor correction, Fiat does NOT hold most of AGCO's debt. In fact the biggest shareholders of AGCO are Fidelity Management, Forstmann leff Associates and Wellington Management. This is all public information available at any Stock Brokerage firm. We can only hope that Cat is wise enough to not get involved with CNH. The IH throwbacks they keep dragging along will bankrupt them; just like they done with Case Corp. and are now trying to do to New Holland.
