The new CAT combine is nothing more than a big ClAAS combine painted yellow.It is a good combine,but not worth the price that they are wanting fore it.They could of brought that very combine to northamerica painted MASSEY red but MASSEY said that it was to expensive and it would never sell.

We looked at a 480 with no head it was pretty loaded with the 3-d sieves and most everything else, the list was 277,000. Even our cat dealer told us we better lay down when he told us the price. We have been case for years, but even our cat dealer said that no 480 could cut with 3 cases or even 2. Of course we are all wheat here and i think us wheat farmers are limited to header size and ground speed over rolling ground. we run 2 36' Macdons and it would be hard for us to believe a single cat could out do them. But are willing to take a look at them.
