Combines CF 80 CrossFlow

I think the cross flow has a cylinder and a couple beaters_rotary separators and then walkers similar to the NH TX series. The combines for Europe are different because of different crops and different conditions. Combines mostly harvest high yielding, long strawed and often damp cereal crops. Straw is often baled. Not conditions favorable to rotary designs. In the USA I think more corn is shelled with combines than any other crop and rotaries are good corn shellers. Most cereals in this country are relatively short strawed and often not that high yielding, especially in the great Plains states. But, I think the in the future all makers will have combines for all conditions and all preferences like Deere has now, with walkers, rotaries, and the hybreds with the cylinder plus rotary separator arrangement like Cat_Claas and the Deere CTS.

We operated a CF-80 combine this season in Germany, but we were disappointed of it.
