Combines chaff on left side

It sounds as if you have one or more transit vanes either missing or bent over backward at the top in the rear of the separation area. If it's missing, the other vanes will push trash pretty well straight back and without resistance, the rotor can't carry all of the trash over the top to the right side. If bent backward at the top (bolts missingIJ) they will prevent the rotor from carrying trash over, also and will deflect it back to the discharg. Another thing which could be likely is that the disruptors may be tearing the trash up too much. This will also overload the left side since the rotor can't carry fine material over very well, and the vanes can't provide proper resistance in order to force it over. In this instance you should also see an overload condition on the left side of the shoe, as well. Also, if you're in very dry material there is the possibility of creating excess heat from friction and possibly starting a fire since fine material will tend to tumble and ball up. When this happens, does the left side of the tunnel feel warm to the touchIJ Hope this is understandable.
