Id take the pan out the front. when you look at it its right there why start from the rear and do all that extra work.As for the concave its a sinch. Dont take any bars loose, open the concave all the way down, seperate concave from the beater grate, I think with the two pins or bolts if i remember right. take all adjusting bolts off concave, remove the feed plate and maybe stone door if its in the way. take one wheel off to yank out hex shaft, but not before tying concave to a rasp bar with rope here and there to roll out concave. I know it seems like a long invilved process but its not too bad a job good luck.
