next time you do it there are two levers that are bolted to the feed floor that swing out to keep the door from falling down. then just take it out the back end after the concave is removed. to put it back in after the concave pins are in you can just set it up to the concave and shove the pins in it is 100 times easier and faster than doing it from the bottom. if you look at the feed floor right in front of the rock door stops you will see a ledge with two bolts on each side of the feed floor. it is usually covered with dirt but tha tis where the two levers are stored at. hope this helps
