George, you will need a hydraulic press to press out the bushings, they are very tight! A bit of strong stuff will actually push the bush out, like a bit of old shaft etc. Take note of how far through the castings each bush goes, then using plenty of oil press the new one to the same level. Also make sure the chaffer is in the central position when you tighten the bolts! I also use loctite on the bolts. When you have assembled it all check the chaffer is in the middle as you look from the back of the combine, use washers to move it one way or the other if needed. lastly when you take the right hand main pivot (which connects to the tennis racket) you have to take the whole channel iron off because of the elevator. We can do a combine in an afternoon with 2 of us! Hope this helps.
