Combines Chopper Grate

Hy-Capacity Makes the chopper grate, they are in Iowa. Phone n800-247-1824 We have sold several and they work very well.

Tried a Hy-capacity grate last fall,When stalks were medium tough it worked pretty good. But when very tough it did't do a then!Same results with disrupters.However we keep rotor speed from 500 to 350 for seed purposes.Possibly results would improve with higher speeds.

have run the hy capacity grate two years now and found out that putting new notched bars on the rotor helped performance a lot over smooth bars..probably had something to do with how much grab the bars had..I too run lower rotor rpm's for seed quality reason's..
