There are many myths floating around about Santa and I just happen to know the truths about him. He does ride in a galvanized sleigh although in '98 he had his elves put a coat of silver paint on it. His suit is actually orange, not red. He needed something that would stand out better what with all the air traffic these days. Santa came really close to filing Chapter 11 after his run with the green sleigh because when he went to trade it in, the resale had dropped dramaticly and he took a helluva hit on it - another fact many people don't know. Another myth is that he is located at the North Pole - that was a misprint many years ago. He is actually in North DAKOTA - Hoople, ND to be exact and he runs an AGCO dealership in his off season. (Hoople is close to the North Pole by the looks of the map though!) And with all the goodies he has to deliver this year, he has decided to take advantage of the U.S. Postal Service and pre-deliver some of his goodies by Priority Mail! I got mine yesterday - several landhandler magazines to add to my collection! THANKS DAN, er Santa!!!
