Combines Clean 1688 with 4WDIJ

where are you locatedIJ we have a 93 1688 with long auger,mauer bin ext., chaff spreader, grain loss, plastic still on seat, 1800hrs. probably the sharpest you will find. far as i know the only thing we are going to do to it this summer is a new vertical unloading auger. roller kit in throat, rock trap, 30.5's, but not 4*4IJ waxed and shedded, hardly ever sits out side even during harvest!

I'm in Marshalltown, Iowa but the machine would go to Arkansas City, Kansas. We probably don't really need 4WD as much as we need big rear tires, and the mud hog rear axle seems beefy enough to take it. I'm having a heck of a time finding 4WD machines, so maybe I'll have to compromise on that. Your's sounds like a peach. Mike, Have you contacted Caldwell Equipment in WichitaIJ I was by there last week and I know that they had 15 machines sitting there, several looked like 1680's and 1688's. There were also 2188's and 2388's. We purchase a 1660 from them at this time last year and were treated very well. Email me and I will tell you who to call there. Chuck
