it could be something as simple as a worn auger. check the bin loader auger and the cross auger for clean grain. Have seen this be the problme more than once. VSTK

Does It come on when the bin gets fullIJ I had that problem and found the the bin loader was causing the drive shaft to move over and the lock collar moved with the shaft. Who ever put the bearings on the drive shaft, they didn't lock the collars to the bearings they loctited them to the shaft. When the bin emptied the drive chain pulled the shaft back in line. You are correct about the sensor being a pain to get at . Good luck Bert

Make sure there are no lock-collars past the u-joint. this would cause it to try to pull when auger moved up. VSTK

The clean elevator Alarm can come in any time. It does not matter how full the bin is. Only constant is the I need to be putting something through the machine. But this alarm has almost stopped coming in now its the Distribution Auger alarm. I put a bin auger in two years ago. Haven't checked the bottom auger. The beans are making about 35 bu an acre so I do not think I'm pushing the system to much.

I have an R50 that is getting old enough and beat up enough that I carfully studied and measured and cut side panel to gain access to that whole area. I didn't us torch so if you didn't know it you would think it was factory. Anyway I would lightly wiggle the white plugs inside fuze door with machine up to speed and watch for flashing lights. I have a hunch that wires in plug are just barely making a connection. I would then pull apart connector to apply electrical grease and do the same at module. Then speed up machine and slowly idle back to see what RPM lights start comeing on. Can't remember for sure but believe that machine would have tweaker screws on module to set when lights start coming on or off.
