mine does the same thing, usually early in the day in beans, seldom in corn does it sound off. I have no answer for you. I am just glad when it quits. If it got too out of hand i'd unplug it. as long as the yield monitor isn't flinching I figure it's probably OK.

Take your monitor module to a Gleaner dealer that has a Gleaner module test box.They can test and set alarm thresholds if monitor tests ok.JMW.
