It should have more to do with bin fill auger for it only bothers when bin is nearly full. Check condition of that auger and tention on belt. Feel the belt to see if it is bin fill belt or seperator belt that runs that jackshaft. I would leave auger locked up and let it float up when bin is nearly full. Take care
