If your the same guy that posted on other site about Deutz fan blade you may be able to check fan condition as stated in previous post concering R72. Thing of it is we don't us a 413 Deutz in any of our machines. I do believe you could look for approx 6" of water at rated load RPM. Don't know what rated load is on your 413. If your 413 has an exhaust thermostat you would have to bypass it to get fan to run at full RPMs. Our bigger tractors with Deutz do have exhaust thermostats and we need to pull a thick flatwasher from under a hex plug in thermostat to bypass it. Our combines with Deutz do not have an exhaust thermostat thus they run up to speed relavant to engine RPM. I would dare bet your 413 would be emitting a screaming noise from intake area if getting questionable. I would give engine a good couple hour cool down before pressure washing. Just do a very good job when washing to prevent making mud somewhere that will never clean out until your next washing. This holds true for any of the coolers also that may get water in them from washing around the jugs. Best of luck
