depends on what clover you are harvesting. we harvest alot of white clover here and we run cover plates in the first concave and under the returns grate as for the roto run it up as high as 1250 or 1300rpm close the bottom seives down and the top just open, wind 520 or just enough to keep the trash moving and no more. if you watch the flow into the tank and its running clean then you get alot of small chaff and dirt, slow up as the sieves will be over loaded. good luck settings will be different with size of machine murray
