Combines CNH boondoogle

CNH didn't mess anything up. The dealer was a crook and everyone knows it. Why is CNH the bad guy in thisIJ From what I have heard they are making some pretty good deals to keep us happy. You got by for years on the cheapest roll program known to man.

You are almost right. Case IH had an employee working at Walterman's because they knew leon was up to some funny business and if they knew that he was frauding his customer's I think Case should have taken action before they did or at least done something to warn them. Walterman's was selling alot of combines and because of his program there were probably alot of CIH combines on farms that would have had a different color combine and I think CIH put selling combines before taking care of their customers. I don't think CIH was totaly or even largely to blame for what happened but I think they knew enough about what was going on that you can't say they shouldn't carry any of the blame. As a former Walterman's customer I'll admit that it was partly our fault as well but if we had it to do over again we would still have gone with them we just wouldn't have made that last payment last fall

Always like how the company is to blame and not the dealer also don't think that if this were cat_deere things would be different (or any other company for that matter)

Whoa, hold the horses here! The guy was crooked, but I have to agree that maybe Case let it get started. Now to blame CNH for the boondoggle is just not right.
