One book on Allis Chalmers is " Allis-Chalmers Farm Equipment 1914-1985" By Norm Swinford. It has alot on Allis Chalmers and a pretty good section on combines with some charts with specs, years of production and serial numbers etc. Got mine from Diamond Farm books which advertises in the back of Farm Journal and Successful Farming I think. www.diamondfarm.com_ look under General store (farm tractors_machinery ).
