Just out of curiosity......if you need a new machine every year wouldn't it be cheaper in the long run to just rent_lease instead of having all that money tied up in owning itIJ Can you rent for the same money you trade with interest on what's investedIJ

Up to this year it was cheaper to trade everyear, thus we had no repair bills, the machine was interest free for 9 months. First year depreciation made it a good financial deal for us. This year it would be far cheaper to rent. Trading price is twice as much as last year. looks like we will run our combine for two more years, then use it for our second machine and lease a new one. By then economics will change. It worked for 11 years, now it dosen't
