First thing to do is to pull off the inspection door for the l.h. side of the concaves and check out the linkage for the concave position potentiometer. It's located just above the 2" pipe at the top of the door opening and at the front end of the pipe. The small linkage to the pot forms a "v". Make sure the point of the "v" is facing AWAY from the concaves. If it's facing the concaves, your linkage is over center and needs to be flipped back. If it's facing the right way, close up the concaves all the way with the motor and perform the header calibration procedure that is outlined in your operator's manual. Make sure to go all the way through the procedure at least through the concave zeroing step. After that step, you can exit the procedure and the controller will save the changes. If that doesn't fix it, you probably have a bad potentiometer and will need to replace it.
