We are running a 2366 w_ spec. rotor. In green stemmed beans rotor spd - 800 rpm, concave - 2.3, fan - 1150. These settings seem to knock most of the green beans out of their pods but will not completely eliminate the green pods in the tank. Personnaly, unless your elevator is excessively docking you for them I wouldn't worry about them. I would rather send them to the elevator than kick them out the back end. So far we have cut over 50,000 bu and yet to have had a load with over 1.0 FM. If you are binning them and the bin has a spreader you shouldn't have a problem as long as you air for 3-4 days during and after filling. We have put green beans in bins, within common sense, for years and never have had a problem. Most times when you unload the bin you wouldn't even know they are there. The other choice is to wait for a frost.
