The 9 bar, as it opens up the concave area another 6 inches or so for more threshing area. loewen was the first one to manufacture the 9 bar. I would order a high wire with wide wire spacing.

The high wire is a setup for corn and beans, that keeps the cobs rolling through the threshing area. The low wire is for cereals. Usually the wires are 1_4 - 3_8" from the top of the cross bar, which your concave may already have.
