I have plugged concave by running clearance too wide when beans were dry enough that they would thresh out w a wide setting.Ended up w all beans on front of walkers. You need to stay narrow enough (n3 or 4) to "rub" the concave clean. I have since put in new bars and concave, and keep the clearance tighter--now no problems.
