Combines Concord Seeder HElP

We have a 4010 with the edge-on shanks. They are held on with grade 8 bolts here. I have only sheared one in 8500 acres and that was because of an unseen rock (a big one). If that is not a problem for you, then I don't know what the problem might be. Sorry I could not be of assistance. Good luck.

I put anderson openers on last year.I haven't broken any bolts,but make sure you use grade 8 bolts.Good seeder.

Here is a link to the Anderson opener site. CIH_Concord makes their openers under licence from Anderson. Anderson may be able to answer your question about the openers. BTW Anderson himself mades an improved opener.
