I replaced mine this winter. It was a loewen, a size thicker than stock on a 1688. We had 4 guys there so we just man-handled it, having our alignment punches and sledge in hand. A fork lift probably would make it a two man job. The cone went in fairly easy, but the wedge was a bugger. The bolts lined up better than I expected. Wolffman
