Ed: I'd like to see the instructions and wiring diagrams. Have you decided to modify your rotorIJ Email....nlegaarden@sasktel.net All the Best in 2005. Neil

I'd also like to see them if you get some time. We may have somewhat negated the need for this with our rotor mods, but it appears to me that we could provide very fine parameters for special conditions -- vegetable seeds, etc. Might also explore installing_retrofitting on IH -- V_S pulley, but electrically operated.

Terry: After you get the information from Ed drop me a line, and tell me if you think it will work on an 8570. As you know I'm not up on hydralics and wiring. Wouldn't want to do something that will fn%- up the old girl now that we've got her capacity up. Thanks...Neil

i finally got all the stuff scanned and after looking at it the only thing i feel would be the determining factor of whether it will work or not is the pump control... but i sorta explain it in a file im gunna send with the diagrams... only problem is there is 18 or 19 of them and it works out quite big... a little under 14 megs... so lemme know if you want me to split the files up into 4 parts. If you can get me some info on your 8570 I could probably help you out. Ive been trouble shooting and fixing electrical since I was 12 lol (my dad didn't like crawling in all the tight places to look plus he found it to confusing) Or maybe Ill try and get the dealer here to fax me some info on the 8570 and see if I can put something together... just have to give me a little time to work on it in the evenings, Ed

Ed: If you're sending to me, small is better than large -- we have serious server problems here on the cutting edge of civilization. Thanks, Terry

Ed. If you wouldn't mind checking things out through your dealer, my 8570 is a 1994. If you have trouble with him Im sure I can get you the information you need from mine.(mine is at the dealership getting fire damage repaired) Drop me an email with your phone n, I'd like to give you a ring and discuss rotors and constant speed gizmos..Thanks ..Neil

got some good news... talked to one of the dealers here and if the info he gave me is right the rotor speed is controlled witht he same amount of volts as the 8780 so the constant rotor speed can be adapted to fit.. I'll find out all the details on monday or tuesday whenever I can get the faxes. The kit was around 800 and if the rotor speed sensor on the front of the rotor has to be changed it is around 420 I think. but there is also a kit that comes with a different sensor so It might be cheaper. I'll keep you informed, Ed

What file type are the scanned imagesIJ They might be much smaller if converted to .jpg format. Bitmaps are usually very large.
