We have had same problems with our new 9540 last summer. There is a special way of calibrating the machine. If you fail one step you see the arrows on the control panel but is does not work. Dealer can help you.

Dutch Dust, Thanks for the imformation. I went out and did the header height cal and found I had a error 84 which is RH sensor less than 2 volts. Took shield off RH side of head and found that the shield caffed into the sensor wires shorting them out. I seperated the wires and recaled the header height. Now the contour master works like it should. like I said I'm new to the 9550, but the imformation you can get from the cal mode is quite handy. Thanks again, Mike

if you want to know how many volts your gettin at your sensors, go to address EO1 22 for left,24 for center,26 for right. ya need 1_2 to 1 volt when mashed on the ground,and no more than 4 when off the ground.
