Combines Conventional Or Rotary behind stripper head

We had a thread going on the new ag talk site about stripper headers. The thing works great on my old IH rotary in spring wheat and flax as long as I use cover plates on the front half of the concave and use a fixed air foil chaffer seive. I cant think of any reason why a conventional with the same mods wouldn't work as well, walker loss should be 0. A couple of guys said they wouldn't work on their 9610's. I suspect they may have had the combine set up wrong for the smaller amount of material going through the combine.

They work great on Deere walker combines. I know three guys who run Shelbourn Reynolds Stripper headers on 9500s and 9510s.
