This is a very sensitive circuit. I believe you are picking up interferance in wire between module and sender. You could be sure wire clears alternator output wire by a fair distance. Otherwise shifting harnesses could do it. I think your quickest best bet is unhook wire at module and sender and run separate wire. If this don't do it you could have over sensative module or long shot is bad enough ground somewhere to cause electrolisis in coolant. Good luck

There is a lot of grounds bolted to frame under the switch gauge console . Get in through square panel on out side above right front wheel. they're bolted at floor level and get a bit dirty ,then shine em up ! Check up around monitors as well cant remember if any up there . Pengs 5
