I have used the regular IH concaves for corn. If you are talking about 200-220 bushel corn you would be best to remove ever other wire in the first two concaves and 2 out of 3 wires in the third concave. After you remove the wires I have installed 1_4" x 1_2" screw driver head bolts in the open holes to keep out the small stalks and to help get the corn in the auger bed. When you install the bolts put the head of the bolt to the right side and use what is called a "wiz nut" because they lock tighter to the steel. Also place your vains in the slowest position to remove the corn from the thrash and if you can install the spike bars on the rotor over the grate area also. Some ideas that have worked for me on my 1660 with a standard rotor. Also I am using AirJet Chaffer. Jack.
